• Eco Line Products : For straws, napkins, and paper plates, we rely on sustainable “Eco Line” alternatives.

• Reusable instead of disposable : Our drinks are served in glasses and mostly reusable containers to reduce plastic waste. Wine and beer bottles are recycled and reused.

• Regional products : Our food and drinks are mostly sourced locally to support the local economy and avoid long transport routes.

With these measures, we aim to help preserve the Wachau as a unique natural and cultural heritage for future generations . Thank you for your support!
